In this episode, I speak with Steve Bubel a 25 year Fitness Professional with a BS in Psychology, an M.S. in Kinesiology, and certifications too numerous to name. Steve has spent half his life as a personal trainer. Over the course of his career, he has had the pleasure of training everyone from weekend warriors to World Champions and from adolescents to octogenarians. His own journey has gone through periods of fat loss, muscle gain, strength and speed development, endurance training, and now enters the latter stages with a focus on aging well. Steve is also the Co-Host of Open Gym Podcast and recently qualified for Spartan Nationals.
