In this episode, I speak with my good friend Billy Oorbeek and his brother-in-law PJ Vhalantones. Billy who spent 20+ years in political space to change careers into Fitness Training. PJ is a training and owner of a boutique HIIT facility called Fusion Integrated Training in Grosse Point Michigan.
We talk about their experience doing the 29029 Everesting event put on by Jessie Seitzler and Colin O’Brady there journey from start to finish – who came up with the ‘bright idea’ to do this challenge, how they prepared, some of the surprises along the way, and how they might approach it differently next time.
