After recognizing that many of his patient’s issues did not require typical medical interventions, but rather behavioral and physical coaching, he decided to embark on a journey and started Performance Through Health.
He has created a unique framework, ‘The SBS system,’ which help people reduce stress by more than 50% boosting focus, energy and productivity for higher performance levels.
