In this episode, I speak with Lance Radford Lance Radford grew up in south Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a degree in Molecular Biology. After college, Lance enlisted in the US Air Force where he became a Force Protection and Anti-terrorism specialist. While serving, Lance deployed to Africa and the Middle-East as a team leader for the Air Force Special Operations Deployed Aircraft Ground Response Element (DAGRE) teams. Now, Lance continues to serve in a Reservist capacity as a Combat Aviation Advisor and works in his free time to help people achieve their fitness and health goals as a coach and hosts The Warrior Monk Podcast.
